Kathikas Plots & Villas Project

Kathikas is a traditional village set amongst hills in a quiet area where the majority of residents are locals. The area is 15 minutes drive from Polis, 20 minutes to Pafos and 10 minutes to the beaches of Coral Bay. Kathikas was once the centre of the South West coast of Cyprus famous for producing quality wines. There are still 3 wineries in Kathikas which still produce some of the finest wines on the island. There are several local supermarkets, tavernas and pubs for residents. The bungalows overlook a nature reserve.
