Details of Client Registration Procedure:
When acquiring a new client that you feel suitable to view property from Maispa Developers, notification of the registration must be given, either by fax, e-mail, SMS or verbally to the Maispa Representative that you deal with. Registration should be done prior to the appointment.
The notification should include a fixed time & date for the appointment. Failure to provide definite appointment details could result in the client possibly being taken out through another associate. Which would obviously result in a loss of commission if the client buys through the other associate.
You will receive a e-mail from Maispa Developers to confirm the registration has been successful & that there has not been a duplicate registration. If you have not received that confirmation prior to the appointment taking place, it will be your responsibility to confirm that the appointment can take place without resulting in duplicating the appointment.
Feeback to Maispa Developers of any appointment taking place must be given within 72 hours for all apppointments that have taken place.
